The 34th Annual Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular is all set on Sunday, July 4, 2010 9:00PM ET and will light up the skies over the Hudson River for the second year in a row.

The theme of this year’s pyrotechnic show will be ‘American Harmony,’ and will take spectators on a trip through America’s vast music history. The New York Pops Orchestra and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir will perform, and there will be unique versions of classic patriotic tunes performed by Straight No Chaser, Broadway Inspirational Voices, U.S. Army Soldier’s Chorus, and United We Sing. The music will be performed in sync with the fireworks. Performers also include Jusin Biever, LeAnn Rimes, Enrique Iglesias, and others.  Members of Twilight are also expected to attend aboard the Norwegian EPIC.

Honoring America’s 234th birthday, Macy’s will fire more than 40,000 pyrotechnic shells during the 26-minute synchronized display from six barges on the Hudson River positioned between 24th and 50th Streets.
