MTV's "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" host and BMX biker T.J. Lavin sustained serious injuries and is now in a medically induced coma after crashing his bike at the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday night.
According to reports, 33-year-old Lavin was trying to execute a nac nac combination but wasn't able to get his feet back on the pedals quick enough, throwing him out over the handbars. He was immediately rushed to the University Medical Center hospital in Las Vegas.
