Macy's exciting holiday tradition will kick off with grandeur and festivity on November 25th as the 84th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade heads down its new route which begins at 77th Street & Central Park West and ends at 7th Avenue & 34th Street for the first time.

More than 3.5 million people are expected to line the streets of New York City to see 15 giant character balloons including Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Kung Fu Panda, 27 one-of-a-kind floats, the nation's top marching bands, 800 cheering clowns and a host of celebrities.

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will start at approximately 9:00AM ET on Thursday, November 25th, and end at noon.

2010 Macy's Parade Route
Macy's 84th Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade will begin at 77th Street and Central Park West, going south on Central Park West. The parade will then turn east along Central Park South up to 7th Avenue. The parade will turn and march down 7th Avenue to 42nd Street, then travel east along 42nd Street to 6th Avenue. At 6th Avenue, the parade will head south again and march to 34th Street/Herald Square.

Celebrity performers in the parade lineup include Kanye West, Jessica Simpson, Gladys Knight, India Arie, Big Time Rush, Arlo Guthrie (author of the Thanksgiving staple "Alice's Restaurant"), Betty Buckley, Ann Hampton Callaway, Miranda Cosgrove, Gloriana, America's Got Talent winner Michael Grimm, Keri Hilson, Eric Hutchinson, Juanes, Victoria Justice, Mannheim Steamroller, Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih, Power Rangers Samurai, Crystal Shawanda, Joan Rivers and Melissa Rivers, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon cast, Muppets of Sesame Street cast and the Big Apple Circus.
